Procuramos um(a)
PM Junior

para somar ao nosso time de Produto. Esse profissional trabalhará focado no nossos desafios atuais, que basicamente consistem em:

  • Estratégia e Planejamento:

ter proximidade com os clientes C2S para entendimentos de melhorias e novas funcionalidades; Participar na construção e evolução do roadmap de produto alinhado aos objetivos de negócio; Realizar pesquisas de mercado e análises competitivas para identificar oportunidades; Colaborar na definição de Outcomes, OKRs e KPIs para acompanhamento de performance.

  • Desenvolvimento de Produto:

criar user stories detalhadas e gerenciar backlog do produto; Validar hipóteses utilizando ferramentas de prototipagem com IA (Lovable, Magic Patterns, Figma Make); Coordenar com equipes multifuncionais (Engenharia, Produto, Marketing, Vendas); Participar ativamente das cerimônias ágeis (Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospective);

  • Análise e Otimização:

monitorar métricas-chave do produto; Realizar análises de dados; Coletar e analisar feedback de usuários para melhorias contínuas; Planejar e executar testes e validações com usuários reais do produto.

Ferramentas essenciais:

  • Jira: Gestão de projetos e tickets;
  • Figma: Colaboração em design e prototipagem;
  • Ferramentas de vibe coding: Prototipagem e validações com usuários;
  • Excel/Google Sheets: Manipulação e análise de dados;
  • LLMs: Auxílio em tarefas diversas do dia-a-dia.

Metodologias:

  • Scrum/Kanban: Frameworks ágeis de desenvolvimento;
  • Lean Startup: Build-Measure-Learn cycles;
  • Design Thinking: Abordagem centrada no usuário;
  • OKRs: Definição e acompanhamento de objetivos.

Diferenciais:

  • Inteligência Artificial/Machine Learning: Conhecimentos básicos ou interesse em IA aplicada a produtos;
  • Power BI/Tableau: Visualização avançada de dados;
  • APIs: Compreensão básica de integrações;
  • Growth Hacking: Estratégias de crescimento orientado a dados;
  • Experiência em SaaS B2B: Vivência em Startups B2B de crescimento acelerado.
