We are looking for a
Junior Partner Account Manager/Assistant
fluent in
Portuguese & English & Russian
.
Your Main Tasks Will Be
- Managing and supporting partners without income;
- Handling affiliate partner requests and providing assistance with onboarding;
- Coordinating communication with partners and collecting feedback;
- Managing project news channels and FAQ responses;
- Assigning tasks to outsourcing teams and writing clear instructions;
- Supporting all CRM chat activities.
We Expect From You
- Previous experience in coordination, partner/account support, or administrative roles;
- Knowledge of Portuguese – C1, Spanish – B2, English – B2, Russian – C1;
- Strong working knowledge of GSuite, Excel, and general PC literacy;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Critical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and ability to navigate complex partner situations;
- Teamwork and communication skills, including experience in leadership or initiative roles;
- High negotiation ability and confidence in managing multiple stakeholders.
What Do We Offer
- REMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full time;

- Workplace organization. The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in our offices or co-working locations. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
