Overview of the role:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Senior Analyst to play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering closely with hiring managers, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. This role requires strong ownership, strategic thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What you'll do:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for a wide range of roles, from intake briefing to offer stage.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, align expectations, and define recruitment strategies.
  • Execute sourcing strategies using multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, social media, databases, talent pools).
  • Screen and evaluate candidates, ensuring alignment with technical and cultural requirements.
  • Conduct structured interviews and support hiring managers with evaluation methodologies.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for strategic roles.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs, ensuring quality, speed, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience, communicating clearly throughout the process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.
  • Work closely with People, HRBP, and other cross-functional teams to continuously improve processes.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in fast-paced environments (tech, digital, scale-ups or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing, interviewing and evaluation techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously with ownership and prioritization.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to use KPIs to improve performance.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools (InHire, Gupy, Lever, Greenhouse, etc.).
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for building great teams

  • Leading strategic sourcing efforts for hard-to-fill positions.
  • Acting as a trusted TA partner for the business.
  • Improving processes and contributing to continuous TA evolution.
