We are seeking a
Purchasing Manager
to manage and coordinate the purchasing processes at Black Box. This professional will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of material and service acquisitions, supporting the strategy defined by the department, and ensuring compliance, cost control, and strong supplier relationships.

Requirements:

  • Experience in IT infrastructure services AND/OR Data Center Services (
    Mandatory
    )
  • English: B2+ (
    Mandatory)
  • Knowledge of purchasing management systems (ERP) and Supply Chain processes. (Totvs is a plus)
  • Spanish: desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate purchasing processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies, deadlines, quality standards, and budget.
  • Support the implementation of purchasing strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's financial and operational objectives.
  • Conduct negotiations with suppliers to obtain the best commercial terms, in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers, monitoring performance, delivery times, and quality standards.
  • Monitor prices, market trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the purchasing function.
  • Coordinate and guide the purchasing team, allocating demands, monitoring results, and promoting continuous process improvement.
  • Ensure the proper execution of purchase orders in the system (ERP), as well as documentary and contractual compliance.
  • Support cost reduction initiatives and spend optimization efforts without compromising the quality of acquired products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with operations, logistics, finance, and other internal areas to meet business needs.
  • Contribute to the review and update of purchasing policies, procedures, and workflows, ensuring adherence to market best practices.
