We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Controller to join our leadership team

and help shape the financial future of GameSmart's expanding global operations.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role with the potential to grow into a CFO position. You will be

responsible for overseeing the company's financial structure, reporting, compliance, investor

support, and day-to-day financial management across jurisdictions.

If based in Brazil or Israel: Portuguese – must. English – must. Spanish – advantage.

Responsibilities:


• Full financial oversight, including:

– Managing P&L; by business unit

– Planning and tracking budget vs. actuals

– Cost control and margin optimization

– Business planning: maintaining updated, actionable forecasts


• Legal and contractual coordination:

– Working with lawyers and advisors

– Reviewing and tracking contracts, agreements, and partnerships

– Overseeing documentation with vendors and partners


• Compliance & reporting across jurisdictions


• Coordination with agents and external service providers


• Bookkeeping oversight: ensuring day-to-day accounting and financial records are accurate and

audit-ready


• Document & knowledge management


• Revenue and cash flow tracking
• Payment operations & banking: opening accounts, handling transfers, managing banking

relationships


• Automation & tooling: leveraging AI and international support to scale efficiently


• Investor & business owner communication


• Maintaining a clean, up-to-date dataroom

Requirements & Advantages:


• 5+ years of experience as a Financial Controller


• Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish – advantage)


• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage processes hands-on


• Comfortable with new technologies, automation tools, and AI (early adopter mindset is an

advantage)


• Experience in gambling, gaming, or B2C industries – advantage
