About the Role

We are expanding our recruitment team in São Paulo and looking for a
Junior Talent Acquisition Sourcer
who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact. You will have the chance to be part of international recruitment projects in a dynamic industry while developing your career in Talent Acquisition.

What you will do

  • Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Draft and publish engaging job postings on relevant platforms.
  • Review resumes and shortlist profiles that match role requirements.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Support with candidate assessments, background checks, and references.
  • Keep candidate databases updated and accurate.
  • Build strong communication channels with candidates and stakeholders.

What we are looking for

  • English proficiency (B2 level or higher).
  • Up to 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or related administrative/communication roles.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with the Gaming/iGaming industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Additional languages are also a big advantage.
