Descrição da Vaga

O(a) Especialista em Segurança da Informação Blue Team será responsável por Defender o ambiente por meio de monitoramento contínuo, detecção precoce e resposta a incidentes, garantindo redução de MTTA/MTTR e disponibilidade dos serviços.

Responsabilidades

  • Operar SIEM/SOC 24/7 (escala de sobreaviso; interface com MDR), analisar alertas e realizar threat hunting.
  • Executar resposta a incidentes: triagem, contenção, erradicação, recuperação e lições aprendidas (IRP).
  • Manter e automatizar playbooks em SOAR (phishing, ransomware, credenciais comprometidas, exfiltração/DLP).
  • Integrar e manter fontes de log: Fortigate, Sophos, JumpCloud, AWS (CloudTrail/GuardDuty), aplicações críticas.
  • Conduzir investigações forenses básicas (endpoint e rede) e preservar evidências.
  • Apoiar campanhas de conscientização (PhishX) e comunicar findings para áreas de negócio.

Indicadores (KPIs) e Resultados Esperados:

  • MTTA/MTTR por severidade (P1–P3)
  • Taxa de falsos positivos e tuning de casos de uso no SIEM
  • Cobertura de fontes de log (% conectadas)
  • SLA de resposta e encerramento de incidentes
  • Execução trimestral de tabletop e exercícios Purple Team

Requisitos

  • Experiência prévia em SOC/SIEM/IR; boas práticas NIST/ISO; redes e TCP/IP; firewalls Fortinet; XDR (Sophos).

Diferenciais

  • SOAR, DFIR básico, MITRE ATT&CK, MDR; inglês técnico.
