Sales Analyst – LLS (Beauty, Home, Pharma & Nutra)
SUMÁRIO DO CARGO
Responsável por suportar o gerente regional de vendas e gerentes de contas em processos e procedimentos internos quanto ao cadastro de clientes, cadastro de preços, solicitações de crédito, inclusão de forecast no sistema (quando solicitado peLo gerente de contas e comercial) e suporte junto a equipe de supply chain e master data.
Uso da ferramenta de CRM, considerando melhorias prátiicas de uso e suporte a equipe comercial quanto ao seu uso e treinamentos.
Dará suporte na elaboração de relatórios de vendas para acompanhamento do desempenho do negócio e acompanhar as métricas e análises de vendas com o intuito de gerar novos leads e/ou manutenção do nível de vendas atuais.
Garantirá a implementação de processo/procedimentos estabelecidos e registrados junto ao SGI
Irá colocaborar e dividir atividades com outro Sales Analyst Senior, divisão de acordo com as habilidades e necessidades.
PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES
Fazer a gestão da ferramenta de CRM e garantir correto uso pela equipe de vendas, bem como relatorios à gestão;
Manutenção da base de dados do sistema de precificação para clientes LLS;
Ajuste de Forecast conforme solicitação dos Gerentes de Contas;
Suporte na elaboração de relatórios gerenciais e métricas de vendas;
Suporte no atendimento comercial aos Gerentes de Contas
Suporte quanto aos processo de amostras, solicitação de crédito, revisão de preços, formulários e reclamações de clientes.
Vendas internas de produtos com baixo giro, validade e/ou avarias leves;
Suporte as atividades de gerenciamento de produto;
Participar e ser o representante de LLS para os forum e comitês locais de SGI, reportando e alinhando as inciativas juntos aos gerentes e diretores.
REQUISITOS BÁSICOS
Escolaridade: Ensino Superior completo (preferencialmente Farmácia, Química, Engenharia Química);
Experiência profissional desejável: entre 1 e 5 anos;
Idioma: Inglês e Espanhol Avançados;
OUTROS CONHECIMENTOS DESEJÁVEIS
Pacote Microsoft Office, SAP, conhecimentos comerciais e serviço a clientes;
Ter trabalhado em empresas B2B, fabricante de ingredientes químicos.
