HR Payroll Coordinator

Are you an organized and detailed person that likes to act with precision and responsability?

W are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to garantee excelence in the labor lawsuits and compliance with the legislation, leading a comitted team with quality and care for the people.

What you will do:


• Coordinate and process the payroll


• Supervise admission, recission and vacation processes, to ensure the correct and updated register.


• Manage social charges and ancillary obligations (Esocial, CAGED, DIRF, RAIS, FGTS, IRRF, INSS etc) with focus on legal compliance


• Monitor the national payroll closing and provide support to the international payroll.


• Control corporative benefits, monitoring costs, employee engagement and satisfaction.


• Coordinate the relationship with sindicates, regulatory bodies and service providers promoting transparency and good institutional relation.


• Lead and develop a PD team, estimulating a high performance and colaborative environment.


• Propose improvements and automations in the processes, aiming for efficiency and risk mitigation.


• Support internal and external audits, gathering evidences and ensuring conformity with policies and legislations.

Requirements:


• Consolidated experience in Personal Departament (Human Resources) and with payroll, charges and ancillary obligations.


• Higher Education in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or related áreas.


• Knowledge in labor legislation


• Mastery in Payroll Systems and Office Package (specifically Excel)


• Fluent English
