Descrição da Vaga:

Atuar como especialista tecnico, apoiando o time comercial na construcao de propostas tecnicas e arquiteturas de solucoes personalizadas. Entre as principais responsabilidades estao: Realizar levantamento de requisitos tecnicos e funcionais, participando de reunioes de descoberta e entendimento do ambiente atual; Elaborar propostas tecnicas, incluindo arquiteturas de referencia, escopo de servicos, dimensionamento e justificativas; Trabalhar em parceria com os times de engenharia e operacoes para construcao e validacao das solucoes propostas; Conduzir demonstracoes, POCs e apresentacoes com foco em agregar valor as necessidades do cliente; Estimar custos das solucoes desenhadas, auxiliando na construcao do valor para a venda; Apoiar o time comercial com treinamentos e capacitacao nas solucoes ofertadas

Requisitos Indispensáveis:

Hard Skills:

Infraestrutura & Virtualização: experiência em Data Center, servidores, redes, storage, segurança e plataformas como VMware, Hyper-V, KVM.

Sistemas Operacionais: administração de Linux (serviços de rede, bancos de dados, servidores web, containers) e Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, File Server, RDS).

Redes & Segurança: protocolos de rede (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF), VPNs, firewalls, balanceadores, WAF, IDS/IPS.

Armazenamento & Backup: SAN, NAS, Object Storage, políticas de backup e Disaster Recovery.

Cloud Computing: experiência em AWS, Azure e GCP; integração de ambientes híbridos.

Arquitetura & Propostas: elaboração de diagramas, documentação técnica, dimensionamento e viabilidade financeira.

Ferramentas & Metodologias: Visio/DrawIO/Lucidchart, CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce), vendas consultivas; ágil como diferencial.

Soft Skills:

Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita;

Organização, proatividade e postura consultiva;

Perfil analítico e foco em solução de problemas;

Raciocínio lógico e visão estratégica;

Capacidade de trabalho em equipe e sob pressão;

Empatia e orientação a resultados.

Diferenciais:

Certificações em Cloud, Redes ou Segurança;

Experiência em ambientes regulados (LGPD, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS);

Conhecimento em FinOps;

Certificação e experiência em gestão de projetos.
