Responsibilities:

• Coordinate engineering projects from initial conception to final delivery, ensuring that activities are completed on time, within budget, and with the expected quality.
• Define the product structure for project development and/or adaptations, ensuring compliance with technical, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
• Technical support for other operational areas of the company (FAL and MRO).
• Preparation of offers for new projects and services.
• Support for the preparation/revision of internal standards and procedures related to product technical specifications and project development.
• Identify/implement opportunities for improvement or innovation in your sector/engage in technological research and technological innovation development activities related to your area of expertise.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Active CREA registration.
• Fluency in Portuguese (verbal, written, and reading).
• Intermediate English (will be assessed during the interview).
• Previous experience in aircraft modification development.
• General knowledge of schedule and cost management tools.

Responsabilidades:

• Coordenação de projetos de engenharia desde a concepção inicial até a entrega final, sendo responsável por assegurar que as atividades sejam concluídas dentro do prazo, do orçamento e com a qualidade esperada.
• Definição da estrutura de produto para o desenvolvimento e/ou adaptações de projetos, garantindo sua respectiva aderência aos requisitos técnicos, contratuais e regulamentares.
• Apoio técnico para as demais áreas operacionais da empresa (FAL e MRO).
• Elaboração de ofertas de novos projetos e serviços.
• Suporte à elaboração/ revisão de normas e procedimentos internos relacionados às especificações técnicas de produtos e desenvolvimento de projeto.
• Identificar/implementar oportunidades de melhoria ou inovação em seu setor/ atuar em atividades de pesquisa tecnológica e desenvolvimento de inovação tecnológica relacionadas à sua área de atuação

Requisitos:

• Graduação completa em Engenharia.
• CREA ativo.
• Fluência em Português (verbal, escrita e leitura).
• Inglês intermediário (será avaliado na entrevista).
• Experiência prévia em desenvolvimento de modificações de aeronaves.
• Conhecimentos gerais em ferramentas de gestão de cronogramas e custos.
