Role Overview
We are looking for an Amazon & Paid Media Specialist to join our team.
The focus of this role is Amazon Ads and DSP — planning, managing, and optimizing campaigns for performance.
Responsibilities
Lead strategy and execution of Amazon Ads (SP, SB, SD) and DSP campaigns.
Optimize campaign performance, report clearly, and provide actionable insights.
Deliver measurable growth against client targets, with a strong focus on ROI and efficiency (ROAS/TACoS).
Contribute to paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other channels.
Support marketing efforts including CRM, email, SMS, affiliate, and influencer campaigns.
Share insights, case studies, and best practices with the team and clients.
Requirements
2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
Proven experience with Amazon DSP campaigns.
Strong understanding of keyword research, campaign structuring, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques.
Ability to analyze campaign data, identify trends, and turn insights into clear recommendations.
Experience with tools such as Helium10, Amazon Ads Console, bulk operations, and reporting dashboards.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and analysis.
Fluent in English (business level). Additional languages are a plus.
Solid understanding of e-commerce and online retail.
Engagement Details
Full-time role (part-time start possible if needed).
Remote, Serbia-based.
Schedule aligned with US working hours (approx. 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM CET).
