Your tasks

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Junior Analyst to join our finance team in Guarulhos, Brazil. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in finance.

  • Assist in managing accounts receivable processes and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Process and post customer payments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies
  • Generate and distribute customer invoices and statements
  • Follow up on overdue accounts and assist with collections efforts
  • Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues and customer inquiries
  • Support month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the accounts receivable function

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
  • 0-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP software (SAP)
  • Numerical and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Time management and organizational abilities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (preferred)
  • ´Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of financial information
