Your tasksWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Junior Analyst to join our finance team in Guarulhos, Brazil.
This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in finance.Assist in managing accounts receivable processes and maintaining accurate financial recordsProcess and post customer payments in a timely and accurate mannerReconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepanciesGenerate and distribute customer invoices and statementsFollow up on overdue accounts and assist with collections effortsPrepare and analyze accounts receivable reportsCollaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues and customer inquiriesSupport month-end closing activities related to accounts receivableContribute to process improvement initiatives within the accounts receivable functionYour profileBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)0-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related fieldProficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP software (SAP)Numerical and analytical skills with a keen attention to detailTime management and organizational abilitiesEffective written and verbal communication skillsBasic understanding of accounting principles and financial processesAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentFluency in Portuguese and English (preferred) ´Problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyCommitment to maintaining confidentiality of financial informationOur offerReady to take your career to the next level and join us at the start of something extraordinary?
