THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Partner Marketing Associate to our Marketing team in São Paulo

This Partner Marketing Associate role focuses on driving the fitness and wellness partner network across LATAM, with the main responsibility being to develop and deploy the marketing strategy for Spanish-speaking countries (MX, CL, AR). The role involves promoting the Partner Value Proposition through sales materials and campaigns, coordinating with cross-functional marketing teams for partner launches and promotions, and helping manage industry events.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Implement the Partner Value Prop: Implement key messaging to attract and engage Wishlist partners eg by developing compelling sales materials such as one pagers, case studies, presentations, videos
  • Support market positioning: Work with our corporate communication and partnerships teams to identify and implement key media opportunities to present Wellhub effectively to the fitness and wellness industry
  • Own the GTM strategy for new Partner launches: Design and implement comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies to drive partner awareness and growth (new users) with parallel marketing teams when we launch new partners
  • Performance and budget tracking: Measure and report out on the success of the activities you are responsible for, using KPIs like user growth, lead generation and campaign performance data
  • Oversee vendor and contract governance for marketing activations across LATAM.
  • Budget tracking across SS LatAm projects and deliverables
  • Create meaningful relationships with Spanish Speaking partners and fitness associations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with the partnerships, marketing and other internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Foster a collaborative environment to drive collective success.
  • Lead our SSLatAm Fitness influencer program to help build advocacy and brand awareness within partners.
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Native speaker or fluent in Spanish with experience working in the SS LaTAm market
  • Fluent English - essential for global collaboration at Wellhub
  • Marketing expertise: 3+ years of experience in partner marketing, B2B marketing or digital marketing, with proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and project management
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to clearly communicate goals, campaigns, and strategies to partners and internal teams
  • Interpersonal skills and relationship management: Nurturing long-term relationships and building trust with partners and internal stakeholders through regular, meaningful communication and engagement
  • Project and time management: Managing timelines, responsibilities, and expectations across multiple partners and stakeholders. Balancing multiple partnerships and campaigns at different stages of development
  • Adaptability: Ability to navigate change, whether it's shifting market dynamics, new partner needs, or internal re-alignments
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to work closely with teams across marketing and partnerships organizations
