About The Team

You'll be joining our JD Young Internship Pathway, designed to give early-career talent hands-on experience in Category Assistant, supporting the building and improvement of ourJob Families for Job ProfilesLogistics Supply Chain Team. We value curiosity, collaboration, and the confidence to take ownership in a fast-moving environment, helping you build real skills and make real impact from day one.

Alongside mentorship and learning experiences your day to day role will cover responsibilities such as:

• Assist in daily supply chain operations, including order processing, inventory management, and logistics fulfillment activities;
• Support the collection, organization, and maintenance of supply chain–related data, such as orders, inventory, and shipment records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness;
• Track the execution status of procurement, warehousing, and logistics processes, and promptly identify and escalate any operational issues or exceptions;
• Assist in preparing operational and performance analysis reports to support supply chain efficiency improvement and process optimization;
• Support coordination with internal teams (Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, Customer Service, etc.) as well as external suppliers and logistics service providers;
• Participate in supply chain optimization initiatives, project execution, and other ad-hoc operational support tasks.

About You

We're looking for the brightest of minds to join our Supply Chain Team, here's who we're looking for:

• Undergraduate or graduate student currently enrolled; majors in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields are preferred; Strong interest in supply chain, logistics, and operations management, with willingness to start from foundational and hands-on tasks.
• Strong data awareness and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables); ability to use PowerPoint for reporting and presentations;
• Good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, and attention to detail;
• Strong learning ability and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment;
• Stable internship availability, with a commitment of at least 3 working days per week preferred.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Prior internship experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations;
• Familiarity with ERP / WMS / TMS systems;
• Basic data analysis or programming skills (e.g. SQL, Python);
• Proficiency in both English and Portuguese. Chinese is preferred.
• Mandarin proficiency
