What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain sales and ops analytics reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making for the leadership team
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key performance metrics and drive business decisions using SQL, Python, Looker, Tableau, or other BI solutions.
- Proactively monitor the quality and integrity of sales and ops data and highlight improvement opportunities.
- Perform deep dive analysis of operating metrics, providing business insights to leadership by understanding the situation, developing a hypothesis, analyzing data, and reporting back findings/solutions.
- Effectively communicate analysis results to business leaders for decision-making and prioritization
- Work with business leaders on implementing sales activities as needed, with some oversight.
What We're Looking For
- Great communication skills.
- Advanced English.
- Data Analytics.
- Project management experience preferred.
- SQL & Python are a must.
- Salesforce (bonus).
