What You'll Do
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly strategic and analytical Strategy & Planning Expert to join our team and lead the business evolution of our Innovation vertical. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the business model, managing the end-to-end P&L, and serving as the Project Management Office (PMO) for key implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of strategic vision, financial acumen, and operational process design skills to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Model Evolution
: Design and continuously evolve the business model for the Innovation vertical, including market entry strategies, new service offerings, and go-to-market approaches. - P&L Management
: Own and manage the P&L for the vertical, including financial forecasting, budget planning, and variance analysis. Identify and execute initiatives to improve profitability and top-line growth. - Strategic Planning
: Develop and lead the strategic planning process for the vertical, identifying market trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities. Translate strategy into actionable, measurable plans. - PMO for Implementation
: Serve as the Project Management Office for all strategic initiatives and key implementation projects within the vertical. Define project scope, manage timelines, track progress, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. - Process Design & Improvement
: Design, map, and implement new business processes to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and performance. Conduct root cause analysis to identify process bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement. - Cross-Functional Collaboration
: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Product, Sales, and Marketing, to ensure alignment on strategy and execution. - Stakeholder Management
: Communicate project updates, financial performance, and strategic direction to key stakeholders, including senior leadership. - Performance Analysis
: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business model health, project success, and operational effectiveness.
What We Need From You
- Education
: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable. - Experience
: Proven experience in a strategy, planning, business development, or management consulting role, with significant experience in P&L management and process design. Experience in the Food Delivery sector is a plus. - Strategic Acumen
: Strong ability to think strategically, analyze complex business problems, and develop innovative solutions. - Analytical Skills
: Highly analytical and data-driven, with strong financial modeling and forecasting skills. - Project Management
: Expertise in project management methodologies and tools, with experience managing complex, cross-functional projects. - Process Design
: Experience in mapping, designing, and optimizing business processes. - Communication
: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. - Leadership
: A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive change in a fast-paced environment.
