We are looking for a
National On Premise Director
to lead the strategy, execution, and team structure within the On Premise channel at a national level. This strategic leadership position requires a combination of entrepreneurial vision, strong people management skills, and deep knowledge of the On Premise market to drive brand growth and optimize our presence in this segment.

As
National On Premise Director
, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the national business plan, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring Red Bull's premium image is consistently reflected in all operations and market interactions.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

• Strategic and Operational Leader

Develop and implement the national On Premise business plan to achieve ambitious company goals. Create innovative strategies to expand brand presence and ensure flawless execution through well-defined KPIs. Spend time in the field to understand market dynamics, identify opportunities, and optimize existing execution. Ensure excellent coverage and execution by setting up strategic route planning. Lead the On Premise RTM strategy, increasing strategic distribution. Build the On Premise Key Accounts mid-long term strategy and deploy it working closely with the On Premise Key Accounts area. Develop trade and consumer marketing strategies to up level execution in the field and impact consumers according to our strategic priorities.

• Team Leader

Build and maintain a strong, engaged, and highly effective team Lead and motivate team members directly, ensuring productivity and a collaborative working environment. Develop and execute a national training and coaching plan at a benchmark level, fostering continuous growth and preparing for team succession. Continuously evaluate the team's skill level and adapt plans to achieve targets.

• Brand Ambassador

Be the credible voice and role model for Red Bull's On Premise channel. Embody the premium values of the brand in every interaction and ensure the team and partners reflect these standards. Build strategic relationships with key customers and industry contacts, authentically representing the brand.

• Market and Resource Manager

Plan and continuously develop the geographic area and team structure, including human resource evaluation and allocation. Efficiently manage resources such as budgets and POS materials. Conduct ongoing analysis of market research, KPIs, and reporting tools, transforming insights into actionable strategies.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• Management experience, with a proven track record of driving success through leadership.
• Key Account, Distribution and Trade Marketing management experiences in the FMCG context.
• In-depth knowledge of the On Premise industry and strong integration into the local scene (authentic and credible).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think and act strategically.
• Ability to translate market data, sales analyses, and forecasts into concrete actions that drive sales growth and brand marketing activities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including negotiation, training, coaching, and active listening.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple demands effectively.
• Clear understanding of markets, sales and distribution, consumer behavior, and competitor activity in the FMCG context.
