We are seeking a Country Manager – Brazil to launch and grow our presence in Brazil. This is a hands-on, builder role: you will create processes, build a local team, develop partnerships, and drive student enrollment growth from the ground up. You will act as the company's local face, balancing strategy with day-to-day execution.

What You'll Do
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop existing business in Brazil
  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing local team
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with schools, parents, and other key stakeholders
  • Drive student enrollment growth through in-person and virtual engagement
  • Own pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking via CRM
  • Establish and implement processes, systems, and best practices for the Brazilian market
  • Represent the company locally, acting as the primary point of contact for partners and customers
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop expansion strategies
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from a US institution required (business, education, or related field)
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
  • Proven experience managing and growing a sales team in Brazil
  • Experience working with schools or in the education/EdTech sector
  • Prior people management experience is required
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English
  • Comfortable traveling throughout Brazil regularly
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in an ambiguous environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
