The primary goal of this role is to build, lead, and scale the entire Marketing function at Minders, positioning the company as a leading reference in Martech, Product Growth, Experimentation, and Lifecycle Marketing in Latin America, and turning Marketing into a direct engine for pipeline generation and regional growth. The Challenge: Three Core Pillars
- Brand & Thought LeadershipLead the development of a strong, consistent, and relevant narrative for C-level executives and Heads across LatAm.
- Demand Generation & Events Engine Design and scale a regional events system—large, mid-level, and C-level, ensuring a consistent flow of MQLs and SQLs in our key markets.
- Product Marketing Align messaging, content, case studies, education, product marketing, and data-driven communication.
- Lead and mentor the Marketing team (6–8 people), fostering a human-centered, excellence-driven culture aligned with Minders' values.
- Define the global marketing vision and annual plan aligned with Revenue and regional expansion goals.
- Build a demand generation engine that ensures Minders' growth objectives are met.
- Position Minders as a regional leader in Growth, Martech, Experimentation, Engagement, and Data through campaigns, PR, publications, event presence, and industry influencers.
- Create and safeguard brand voice across all platforms (website, social media, events, content), leading and overseeing strategic content production.Lead the design and execution of the Minders events ecosystem across different scales and objectives.
- Develop high-impact sales enablement materials: decks, playbooks, business cases, comparisons—co-creating and collaborating closely with Sales and Operations.
- 8+ years of experience leading Marketing teams in B2B SaaS companies, digital consultancies, Martech platforms, or technology companies.
- Proven experience in ABM, especially targeting Enterprise accounts in LatAm.
- Strong background in content strategy definition and execution.
- Experience leading Product Marketing and Product-Led Sales strategies.
- Experience leading email marketing & automation strategies, defining customer and prospect lifecycles.
- Experience managing website positioning and messaging, including visibility in major LLM-based search environments.
- Proven success in branding and communication strategy development and execution.
- Demonstrated experience building large-scale and mid-size demand-driven events.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Amplitude, Braze, Mixpanel, HubSpot, GA, and Looker is a plus.
- Advanced English required.
