Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Quality at Absolute Infinity Network. The Director of Quality will oversee and implement quality assurance strategies, control processes, and management systems across projects and initiatives. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining quality standards, conducting quality audits, ensuring supplier compliance, and driving continuous improvement. The individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet organizational quality objectives and uphold AIN's commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes
  • Experience in Quality Auditing and Supplier Quality management
  • Proficiency in Quality Management and driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams in a remote work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (required)
  • Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001 auditor certification) is a plus
