Job Mission: Promote better working conditions, social well-being, quality of life and increased productivity in the company, through the adaptation of the work environment to occupational health standards and assist in asset management activities.

• Monitor the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA), participating in accident investigations, monthly meetings, applying internal safety training and assisting in the programming and realization of the Internal Week for the Prevention of Occupational Accidents (SIPAT) and updating the Risk Map for each CIPA management.
• Support in the preparation of the annual budget for the purchase of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protection (CPE), carrying out a survey of needs; receive samples from suppliers and monitor the performance of PPE and EPC tests for the acquisition of new models launched on the market; control the CA's (Certificates of Approval) of PPE's, in an electronic spreadsheet, aiming at the control of expirations.
• Perform the control of all exams: clinical, admission, periodical, change of occupational risk, return to work and dismissal,
• (ASO ́s);
• Investigate work accidents in accordance with technical and administrative standards and procedures.
• Support the planning and application of periodic training and occupational safety to employees, as well as the integration of new professionals and third parties, aiming at compliance with regulatory standards, guidance and awareness of employees. promote DSS (Weekly Safety Dialogue) meetings using communication methods and techniques, guiding employees about occupational safety.
• Guide the responsible areas regarding compliance with the regulatory safety standards of the entire company, as well as monitor the internal and external signaling system; support the 5' S/Casa Limpa program by monitoring and organizing all phases together with the teams.
• Carry out safety inspections in the units, checking for possible unsafe working conditions and acts, open WOs to adjust risk conditions and open requests for the purchase of new PPE and materials, communicating to the responsible sectors or employees involved, collecting signatures; aiming to minimize the risks of accidents, raising awareness and sensitizing employees.
• Carry out periodic inspections of the fire fighting system, checking the system of hydrants and extinguishers, forwarding them when necessary for recharging, as well as carrying out the theoretical and practical recycling of the emergency brigade.
• Formally authorize the employee and third parties to carry out work at heights, confined spaces and risk areas, checking and providing guidance on safety items (EPC and PPE).
• Assist in the activities of the concierge sector, printing entry and exit controls of vehicles and people, registration of employees and third parties in the concierge system and access control, in addition to converting vehicles at the entrance and exit of the company.
