Overview Location: Rio de Janeiro, BR Contract Type: Permanent Division: RINA Consulting QOHSE Level of experience: Intermediate RINA is currently recruiting for a Occupational Health & Safety Physician to join its office in Rio de Janeiro within the RINA Consulting QOHSE Division. Mission As part of the SESMT (Specialized Service in Safety Engineering and Occupational Medicine), the Occupational Physician plays a key role in promoting health and safety within the organization. LI-KM Key Accountabilities Occupational Health Program Management Coordinate the PCMSO (Occupational Health Medical Control Program), ensuring its proper implementation. Actively participate in the activities of the CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention), ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in the workplace. Medical Examinations and Health Surveillance Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and termination medical examinations. Diagnose and monitor occupational diseases, and provide timely medical intervention in emergency situations. Emergency and Clinical Care Deliver emergency medical care when required in the workplace. Collaboration and Risk Management Collaborate with HSE teams to identify and control occupational risks. Health Promotion and Prevention Promote accident and illness prevention through training and awareness initiatives for employees and stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Medicine is mandatory, along with an active CRM. In-depth knowledge of national and international occupational health and safety regulations. Experience in managing health surveillance programs and diagnosing occupational illnesses. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to risk management. Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Familiarity with digital tools for health data management and reporting.
