We are looking for a strategic and people-focused Senior HR Business Partner

As a Senior HRBP, you'll be the primary people advisor for your business area, partnering with leaders to drive performance, engagement, and organizational success.

You will act as a trusted coach and advisor, enabling our teams and leaders to thrive while fostering a strong and inclusive culture.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with department leaders to align people strategies with business goals, providing insight and guidance on organizational matters.
  • Lead and evolve performance management processes, ensuring a culture of continuous feedback, growth, and accountability.
  • Provide expert advice and support on employee relations, ensuring fairness, compliance, and constructive resolution of workplace matters.
  • Promote engagement and well-being by partnering on initiatives that strengthen KTO's collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
  • Coach and empower managers to build strong, motivated, and resilient teams that deliver sustainable results.
  • Support change management, team structure optimization, and capability building to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Ensure excellence and consistency in HR operations and compliance with Brazilian labor laws.
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, L&D, Compensation, and People Operations to deliver unified and strategic HR initiatives.
SUCCESS METRICS
  • Improved employee engagement and satisfaction scores within assigned business units.
  • Enhanced leadership capability through measurable increases in development participation and feedback adoption.
  • Reduction in regrettable turnover and improvement in retention of key talent.
  • Timely resolution of employee relations matters with strong stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Successful delivery of organizational or structural changes within agreed timelines and with minimal disruption.
  • Consistent compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and audit requirements.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a business partner or equivalent senior HR role.
  • Deep understanding of Brazilian labor law and HR operational practices.
  • Proven experience driving performance, engagement, and cultural initiatives.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional proficiency in Portuguese; English proficiency required for day-to-day communication.
  • Experience in digital, tech, or iGaming environments is a plus.

KTO is licensed for Brazilian sports betting and online gaming under Portaria 2.093/2024, ensuring a secure and regulated environment for our operations.

Participation is prohibited for:

Individuals under 18 (eighteen) years of age;

Public agents with duties directly related to the regulation, control, and supervision of the activity within the federative entity in whose personnel framework they perform their duties;

  • Persons who have or may have any influence on the outcome of a real event with a sports theme subject to fixed-odds lottery betting, including:
  • Persons holding positions as sports directors, sports coaches, trainers, and members of the technical staff;
  • Referees of sports, referee assistants, or equivalents, sports entrepreneurs, agents or representatives of athletes and coaches, coaches or members of the technical staff;
  • Members of the administrative or supervisory body of entities responsible for organizing competitions or sporting events;
  • Athletes participating in competitions organized by entities within the National Sports System;

Individuals diagnosed with gambling addiction, according to a diagnosis from a qualified mental health professional.
