Team Overview:

Join 99Pay's Strategy & Planning team and help shape the future of fintech in Brazil We're seeking a proactive, curious intern passionate about turning data into actionable strategies. You'll dive into market analysis, explore new business opportunities, and map competitive landscapes—all while developing core skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Role Responsibilities:

• Analyze market trends and benchmark competitors to uncover growth opportunities
• Support strategic projects exploring new products, user journeys, and business mechanics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into real-world solutions
• Develop hands-on experience in fintech strategy within a dynamic, innovative team

Role Qualifications:

• A curious problem-solver eager to learn and contribute from day one
• Proactive & hands-on - you drive results, not just ideas
• Exceptional prioritization & organizational skills - you define focus areas and execute efficiently
• Data-fluent with structured thinking (Excel/MS Office knowledge is a plus)
• A collaborative communicator (Portuguese + intermediate English required)
• Pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or Finance-related (expected grad. Dec/26–Jun/27)
• Available 30h/week (hybrid in São Paulo - 3x a week)
