Meet Your Team: The adjoe Americas team boasts incredible growth since its inception in 2023, and is now looking to advance our partnership growth into LATAM. The team's primary goal is to connect premium app publishers and advertisers to leverage our solution: Playtime. By focusing on building lasting relationships, this team drives our ad and loyalty platform forward, ensuring apps reach and exceed their growth goals and connecting them with hundreds of millions of monthly active users.
What You Will Do:
- Strategic Leadership: Starting with Brazil, develop and implement the company's strategic plan for all of LATAM, aligned with global business objectives.
- Identify market opportunities and define strategies to capture significant market share and drive growth.
- Client and Partner Engagement: Be the local point of contact for LATAM publisher partners, and cultivate/maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and partners.
- Sales and Business Development: Build and lead the supply sales team to achieve revenue targets and expand our partner base.
- Drive business development initiatives, including new product launches and market expansion efforts.
- Manage the P&L for LATAM, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are optimally allocated.
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing local team.
- Identify market opportunities and define strategies to capture market share and drive growth.
- Operations and Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all business processes.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital advertising, marketing technology, loyalty solutions, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of leadership and success in a senior management role.
- Deep understanding of the LATAM mobile ecosystem, and regulatory environment.
- Strong network of contacts within adjoe's key verticals in LATAM, including but not limited to: fintech/neobanks, Telco, restaurant/convenience store apps, delivery services, gaming, travel, rewards platforms
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Spanish or Portuguese.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
