We're working with one of the leaders in D2C health in the market, growing 150% YoY, and looking for
Strategy & Operations Managers
to drive high-impact initiatives for several fronts from patient care to operations. This role is about
building, solving, and scaling
— from launching new initiatives and improving retention to building systems that enable operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Lead and execute strategic projects with direct business impact
- Build dashboards, automations, and workflows that scale
- Collaborate with Product, Growth, Tech, and Ops to deliver results fast - both locally and globally
- Run experiments, iterate quickly, and scale what works
- Ensure operational excellence across processes and teams
Who You Are
- You're in management consulting for 4-5y and want to execute. You want to bring your strategy experience to tangible results. Ideally you had projects in consumer, tech, D2C/B2C. OR
- You're a former consultant (2-3y) who already had a couple of years in start-ups/scale-ups. OR
- You come from scale-ups and experienced this by having different responsibilities quickly and the on the ground xp, in roles such as Strategy, Expansion, Operations, Growth, New Businesses, or similar.
- You graduated from a first-tier University in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science or similar.
- Strong analytical skills; data-driven decision-maker
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on, proactive, and execution-focused. Plus, you bring a high level of energy and likes to work in a dynamic and fast place.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and at speed
- Portuguese & English speaker
- Based in São Paulo, or can relocate.
- Bonus: coding or data (SQL, Python) skills, Zapier.
