Integration's São Paulo Office is seeking candidates to be part of our multi-functional and international teams of hands-on professionals inside the Corporate Area. We are currently inviting interested candidates to apply for the position of Legal Intern within our Corporate Legal area.
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Create presentations to support internal legal communications and reporting.
- Assist in tracking contractual deadlines and renewal dates to ensure timely actions and mitigate risks.
- Help monitor vendor payments, verifying accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Collaborate in distributing tasks among team members to promote balance and productivity.
- Support the monitoring of departmental expenses, contributing to budget control.
- Assist in managing liability insurance policies and employee benefits programs, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Support the administrative management of the Legal department, helping to organize workflows and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle corporate documents, including drafting and organizing powers of attorney globally.
- Conduct external diligences when necessary, such as notary visits or document deliveries.
- Prepare bank payment slips and assist with basic financial documentation.
- Review simple contracts and assist in drafting standard legal documents.
Key Skills And Experience For This Role:
- Previous internship or academic experience supporting legal teams is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with contract management systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Fluent English is required; Spanish is a strong plus.
- Sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Proactivity and ownership: anticipates needs, suggests improvements, and completes tasks with minimal supervision.
- Communication and stakeholder management: comfortable interacting with all levels, from executives to peers; communicates clearly in English and Portuguese; negotiates and follows up with external vendors.
- Organizational excellence: manages multiple priorities, maintains records, and keeps a structured filing system.
- Confidentiality: handles sensitive legal and financial information with discretion and integrity.
- Team collaboration: builds rapport across departments, coordinates workload, and supports collective goals in a dynamic environment.
