A pessoa coordenadora de mídia desempenha um papel crucial na construção e execução de estratégias de mídia, atuando como o elo entre o planejamento estratégico e a implementação prática das campanhas. Sua função abrange uma variedade de responsabilidades que visam garantir o sucesso das iniciativas de mídia.

Principais responsabilidades:

Execução de Mídia:

  • Coordena as atividades da equipe e executa desde o processo de compra de espaço publicitário (offline e digital) até a liberação das campanhas, garantindo a eficiência de cada etapa.
  • Implementação das campanhas e envio de PIs e materiais.
  • Acompanhamento diário do desempenho das campanhas, assegurando o atingimento dos KPIs e ajustando estratégias conforme necessário.
  • Construção de audiências e segmentações de campanhas online.
  • Identificação de erros de veiculação ou inserção para efetuar compensação de forma adequada (conforme TRP, verba, nível de audiência).
  • Responsável pela excelência do processo de faturamento da mídia, garantindo precisão nos registros e controle adequado na execução dos PIs e com os veículos.
  • Auxílio no planejamento tático, com o atendimento a veculos e solicitação e análise de propostas.
  • Garantir o uso e organização do Google Drive da equipe;
 

Suporte Estratégico:

  • Desempenha um papel ativo na geração de insights por meio da análise de dados, fornecendo informações valiosas para otimização das campanhas.
  • Auxilia na elaboração de relatórios das campanhas.
  • Treinar e liderar outros membros juniores da equipe.
 

Requisitos e Qualificações:

  • Habilidade para se comunicar de forma clara e objetiva
  • Organização e capacidade de gerenciar várias tarefas;
  • Pacote Office – intermediário;
  • Conhecimento em implementação de plataformas digitais;
  • Conhecimento de conceitos de mídia on e off;
  • Conhecimento prévio de VBS / AD mídia para execução de mídia e programação de TV.
  • Instar: Habilidade para utilizar o Instar na análise de dados de audiência de televisão.
  • Conhecimento de Mídia Offline: Familiaridade com os diferentes canais de mídia offline, incluindo televisão aberta, rádio, jornais e revistas, bem como compreensão das estratégias de compra de mídia offline.
