Estamos em busca de um(a) Project Manager Sênior para atuar como UCM, alocado(a) em um de nossos principais clientes uma empresa multinacional líder no segmento de TI. Essa pessoa será responsável por garantir o sucesso dos projetos, atuando como elo entre o cliente e as equipes técnicas, com foco em excelência na entrega e relacionamento estratégico.
Responsabilidades: Atuar como UCM, sendo o principal ponto de contato entre o cliente e os times internos. Gerenciar projetos de tecnologia com foco em soluções RFID, garantindo escopo, prazo, qualidade e orçamento. Realizar visitas esporádicas ao cliente final para alinhamentos estratégicos e acompanhamento de entregas. Conduzir reuniões de status, elaborar cronogramas e relatórios executivos. Identificar riscos e propor planos de mitigação. Aplicar metodologias ágeis ou tradicionais conforme o contexto do projeto. Promover o alinhamento entre stakeholders internos e externos, garantindo fluidez na comunicação e nas entregas. Requisitos: Experiência sólida como Project Manager em ambientes corporativos e projetos de tecnologia. Vivência com atuação em clientes multinacionais. Inglês avançado (comunicação com stakeholders internacionais). Disponibilidade para trabalho híbrido (2x por semana em Barueri). Excelente capacidade de comunicação, organização e liderança. Diferenciais: Conhecimento em soluções RFID ou projetos de automação industrial. Certificações PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master ou similares.
Local de trabalho: Híbrido 2x por semana em Barueri/SP
