Senior Product Designer

We're looking for a Product Designer who thrives on solving complex problems through design and has a strong foundation in UX research.

This role is a blend of end-to-end product design, from discovery and research to polished interface design. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers and stakeholders to create experiences that are not only visually refined but also deeply aligned with our users' workflows and goals.

• Lead and participate in user research including interviews, usability testing, surveys and data analysis, to uncover insights and validate design decisions;

• Translate research findings into actionable design opportunities and product improvements;

• Design intuitive, accessible and aesthetically consistent interfaces for web applications;

• Own design work from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation;

• Partner with engineers during implementation to maintain design quality and fidelity;

• Collaborate with Product Managers to define scope, requirements and success metrics for features;

• Present design concepts, research findings and rationale to stakeholders with clarity and confidence
  

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer or similar role;

• Proven experience conducting UX research and synthesizing insights into design decisions;

• Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to design complex workflows;

• Proficiency with Figma (or similar tools) for design, prototyping and collaboration;

• Understanding of accessibility principles and best practices in design;

• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences;

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, remote-first environment.
  

• Experience designing for B2B SaaS platforms or fintech products;

• Experience working with payment products or teams;

• Knowledge of behavioral design or cognitive psychology principles.

• Competitive salary: the typical compensation range for this role is 60k - 84k USD/year. Individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, education & training.
