We have a world-class executive team spanning Latin America and the USA.Check out how it will impact our ecosystem:As a Junior Product Designer at Rappi, you will help design intuitive and engaging experiences, applying user-centered design principles throughout your work.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, learning to identify user needs, shape design solutions, and deliver high-quality designs that meet both user and business goals. You will contribute to improving the experiences of our couriers—the vital partners who execute deliveries on our platform. Working alongside more experienced designers, you will help create solutions that make their daily operations easier, more efficient, and more rewarding.
As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:Assist in designing user interfaces and experiences across different devices, following business and user requirements. Support product managers, engineers, and designers in translating ideas into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals. Participate in user research activities and help analyze findings to inform design decisions.
Apply and maintain established design system components to ensure consistency across products. Contribute ideas and improvements during design critiques and team meetings. Stay updated on best practices in UX/UI design and continuously develop your skills.
Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe? 1–2 years of experience working in product design, UX/UI design, or related roles (internships and freelance work are also considered). Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar.
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in Spanish, and comfortable reading and writing basic English. This is a global position in the Americas with the possibility of working remotely.
Key competencies:Basic understanding of web and mobile design principles. Foundational skills in interaction design, visual design, and information architecture. Good communication skills, with the ability to explain design ideas clearly to others.
