The Regional Center of Excellence (CoE) for Process and Controls is a strategic hub focused on driving operational excellence, standardizing processes, strengthening governance, and fostering continuous improvement across LATAM operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data and processes related to promotional materials, events and HCP engagement operations, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop controls and dashboards to monitor performance and ensure compliance.
  • Lead a team responsible for periodic monitoring and execution.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and external partners to align and execute promotional strategies.
  • Support the development of innovative approaches to enhance efficiency.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (brand, global, SMEs) to ensure alignment with marketing goals.

Qualifications:

  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Proven ability to create monitoring tools and dashboards.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
