Ter versterking van ons team en organisatie zijn we op zoek naar een Customer Service Representative.

In deze functie maak je deel uit van de Customer Service en ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze

internationale klanten.

Hierbij verzorg je vanaf het eerste contact met de klant over orderverwerking, planning en aankoop,

opslag, verzending tot ontvangst van de goederen een goede en duidelijke communicatie met alle actoren

en 2ong ie voor en corecte afhandeling in functie van de noden en verwachtingen van elke individuele

Je rapporteert hierbij aan de Supply Chain Manager.

Taken:

  • Het continu bewerkstelligen van een kwalitatieve service van goederen en diensten naar zowel de

    interne als externe klant, ondersteund door een excellente communicatie;
  • Correcte afhandelen en opvolging van klantenvragen, offertes, staalaanvragen en bestellingen;
  • Ondersteuning en correcte rapportering aan de Supply Chain Manager en de Sales afdeling;
  • Het bekomen en bewaken van zo kort mogelijke levertermijnen en doorlooptijden door te anticiperen

    op klantenvragen, bestellingen, trends en tendensen in functie van seizoensgebonden of periodieke

    orders en aan de hand van het aankoopgedrag van klanten;
  • Het verlenen van back-up voor de Expeditie-afdeling

Hiervoor zoeken we volgend profiel (vereisten, verwachtingen)

  • Bachelor (Talen, Marketing, Communicatie, .) of gelijkgesteld door ervaring;
  • Uitstekende communicator;
  • Ervaring in Customer Service en/of Expeditie (orderadministratie, sales, verzending);
  • Talen: Nederlands, Engels, geschreven en gesproken. Andere talen zijn een plus

Procedure:

Ale vacatures worden tegelijkertijd voor interne als externe kandidaten opengesteld en gecommuniceerd.

  • Je stelt je kandidatuur door voor de gestelde termijn je CV en motivatiebrief in te dienen.
  • Een eerste selectie zal (voor externe kandidaten) door HRM op basis van je CV en motivatiebrief

    uitgevoerd worden. Interne kandidaten gaan ineens door naar stap 3.
  • Na een positieve eerste selectie (externe kandidaten) volgt het solicitatiegesprek met HRM met

    aansluitend testen (na een positief sollicitatiegesprek).
  • De door HRM in stap 3 geselecteerde kandidaten worden op gesprek met de Plant Director en de

    afdelingsverantwoordelijke uitgenodigd.
  • Selectie: Op basis van alle resultaten en gesprekken zal de Plant Director in overleg met de

    afdelingsverantwoordelijke de meest geschikte kandidaat voor de functie selecteren (indien nodig kan

    er zich nog een 2de gesprek voordoen).
  • Feedback en aanwerving.

Elke kandidaat krijgt bij het beäindigen van zijn sollicitatietraject de nodige feedback over zijn kandidatuur.

Voor interne kandidaten wordt er gerekend op een doorlooptijd van ongeveer 1 maand vanaf het indienen van

hun kandidatuur t.e.m. stap 3. Het verder verloop is afhankelijk van de omstandigheden (kandidaten,

organisatie, beschikbaarheid e.d.).
