Experiência com sistemas de gestão de transporte (TMS), WMS ou ERP.
Conhecimento em gestão de frota e parceiros logísticos.
Capacidade de adaptação a ambientes dinâmicos e demandas.
Responsabilidades
- Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de roteirização para otimizar as operações de last mile, considerando fatores como localização do cliente, disponibilidade de transporte e condições de tráfego.
- Utilizar sistemas de roteirização, para planejar e otimizar rotas de entrega, visando eficiência operacional e redução de custos.
- Analisar dados de desempenho das rotas, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e implementando ações corretivas quando necessário.
- Colaborar com equipes multifuncionais, incluindo logística, TI, comercial e atendimento ao cliente, para garantir a integração e eficiência dos processos logísticos.
- Monitorar e rastrear o progresso das entregas em tempo real, utilizando ferramentas de rastreamento e monitoramento.
- Gerenciar a comunicação com motoristas e transportadoras, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos e a qualidade do serviço.
- Participar do desenvolvimento e implementação de projetos para melhoria contínua dos processos logísticos.
Qualificações
- Formação superior em Logística, Administração, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas afins.
- Experiência prévia em roteirização de last mile e planejamento logístico.
- Conhecimento em sistemas de roteirização ou similares.
- Habilidade em análise de dados e elaboração de relatórios utilizando ferramentas como Excel, Power BI
- Boa comunicação, capacidade de negociação e trabalho em equipe.
- Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente em campo.
