What You'll Build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP's global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it's the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

Position title: SAP iXp Intern – University Alliances Digital Marketing and Audience Relationship for Latin America and Caribbean

Location: São Paulo, Brazil

Expected start date to end date: January 2026

• Create appealing and effective communication materials such as e-mail, newsletter, social media posts, etc.
• Create power point presentations emphasizing design and storytelling.
• Effectively communicate on different levels of hierarchy and across SAP (from students to C-Level) and external SAP Ecosystem (Universities, Clients, Partners).
• Communicate with SAP UA customers (professors and students) via remote calls and on-premise site visits
• Assist on all levels of organization of internal and external events and trainings (invitations, speaker assignment, room renting, catering, communication, security, etc)
• Assist on running remote, hybrid and on-premise events and trainings.
• Cross-organizational communication within the broad University Alliances Team and other SAP teams (eg HR, Events, Communications, Facilities, IT, etc)
• Connect SAP with Universities, Customers and Partners.
• Assist on supporting the Ibero-American Ambassadors Community 

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• No previous job experience required.
• A true interest in working with the educational ecosystem in Latin America and Caribbean.
• Be currently enrolled in a Brazilian higher education institution, no preferred course.
• Fluent English and Portuguese
• Advanced Spanish
• Availability to work on Brazilian mornings at least 3x a week.
• Availability to work from SAP Sao Paulo office at least 3x a week.
• Microsoft Office 365 package
• Knowledge on social media platforms and digital marketing
• Knowledge on presentations tools (emphasis in MS Power Point and Canva)
• Good writing skills
• Can-do attitude
• Ability to work across functions, regions and countries virtually combined with excellent interpersonal and cultural intelligence skills
• Independence & proactivity

The SAP University Alliances team supports educational institutions in empowering students to develop in-demand SAP skills, preparing them for global career opportunities. Partnering with educational institutions - schools and universities – is key for us to foster next generation talent for the ecosystem. Furthermore, we join forces in strategic research activities to build high-impact collaborations between universities and SAP.
