About the Role:

You'll identify and develop partnerships with Web3 projects, communities, and ecosystem players across Africa, helping expand Formula's client and collaborator network.

What You'll Do:

  • Source, qualify, and nurture partnership opportunities with crypto and fintech teams.
  • Coordinate co‑marketing, events, and content initiatives with partners.
  • Work with strategy and accounts teams on proposals and pitches.
  • Represent Formula at regional events and online communities.

You Bring:

  • 4+ years in BD, partnerships, or sales in tech, fintech, or Web3.
  • Strong regional network or ability to build one quickly.
  • Clear communicator with a collaborative, builder mindset.
