Purpose

• As Condition Based Monitoring Lead, you are responsible for leading the CBM team driving an effective and efficient execution and management of the global CBM program compliant with internal and external (e.g. classificiations bodies) requirements; supporting the operating regions and assets in realizing an optimal performance of the rotating. equipment on the offshore assets.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for leading the global CBM team.
• You are responsible for the effective and efficient execution and management of the global CBM program.
• You work closely with other departments to ensure optimal performance of rotating equipment on SBM FPSOs by supporting operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, failure investigation and continuous improvement activities.
• You are responsible for compliance with internal and external requirements with e.g. the Preventive Maintenance Program requirements from the relevant classification bodies.
• You are responsible for CBM governance processes, tools and strategies to drive performance.
• You stay updated on the latest advancements in CBM technologies and best practices in the industry.
• You manage the Vibration & Oil Analysis Database and other CBM tools and software.
• You drive the CBM work process automation program (use of data analytics/AI)

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required. Minimum ISO Cat III certification; Offshore survival and medical desirable/required.

Experience

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Advanced knowledge in the field of Machinery Condition monitoring.
• Good knowledge of Bently Nevada System 1 or ADRE; Rotor dynamic knowledge.
• Knowledge of Omnitrend is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of rotating machinery, including compressors, turbines, and pumps.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for equipment analysis.
• Knowledge of predictive maintenance technologies and practices.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Effective communication and organizational skills, self-motivated, enthusiastic.
