Role Challenges
- Own HubSpot end to end as the core source of truth for marketing data, automation, and attribution.
- Elevate data governance and tracking standardization to support robust performance analytics.
- Evolve integrations, automations, and flows across systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, paid media, data & BI).
- Increase operational efficiency by reducing manual dependencies and accelerating the team through smart processes.
- Create executive visibility into marketing performance—from investment to revenue.
- Serve as a bridge between Marketing, Data, and Operations, translating needs into clear and measurable technical solutions.
- Act as the Marketing Operations Lead, owning technical decisions, architecture standards, and best practices across the marketing stack.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize the MarTech stack (HubSpot as the core), ensuring structure, data hygiene, governance, and automation.
- Manage and evolve integrations with Salesforce, GA4, GTM, paid media platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), and data tools.
- Build and maintain attribution models and lead scoring in partnership with Data and Growth.
- Define naming conventions, UTMs, hierarchies, and campaign governance standards.
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards and performance reports using reliable, up-to-date data.
- Implement experiments and continuous improvements in tracking, automation, segmentation, and funnel efficiency.
- Act as the technical focal point for Marketing, guiding the team on data, tools, and operational best practices.

Requirements
Strong experience in MarTech, Marketing Ops, or Growth Ops, preferably in B2B/SaaS companies.
- Advanced HubSpot expertise (mandatory) — including objects, automation, workflows, permissions, integrations, and governance.
- Strong knowledge of GA4, GTM, and paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
- Experience with API integrations and automation tools (Airbyte, Zapier, n8n, or similar).
- Knowledge of BI, SQL, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
- Deep understanding of the marketing funnel and attribution models.
- Intermediate to advanced English.
Nice to Have
- Experience with predictive models or multi-touch attribution.
- Knowledge of Python, dbt, Airflow, or Snowflake.
- Background in consulting or complex data and marketing automation projects.
- Experience leading advanced HubSpot migrations or restructures.
