Com uma equipe multidisciplinar e metodologia ágil, trabalhamos lado a lado com os clientes para identificar oportunidades, implementar soluções de alto impacto e explorar novas frentes de crescimento.

Responsabilidades:

  • Conduzir o processo de onboarding e gestão de projetos, garantindo entregas de valor desde as primeiras interações com o cliente.
  • Construir e manter relacionamentos fortes com os clientes, atuando como ponto de contato principal para alinhamentos estratégicos.
  • Entender profundamente o cenário e as necessidades do cliente, propondo soluções que maximizem resultados e gerem oportunidades de expansão (upsell e cross-sell).
  • Planejar, coordenar e acompanhar a execução dos projetos, utilizando o ClickUp para gestão de prazos, recursos e prioridades.
  • Garantir a qualidade das entregas e alinhar expectativas com todas as partes envolvidas.
  • Colaborar com equipes internas e clientes para validar integrações, propor otimizações e resolver bloqueios.
  • Participar de reuniões técnicas e estratégicas para garantir o alinhamento e o sucesso do projeto.

Requisitos Necessários:

  • Experiência prévia como Project Manager, Customer Success Manager ou função similar.
  • Vivência em projetos de tecnologia, automação ou SaaS.
  • Experiência com Make, N8N, Zapier ou integrações via API.
  • Habilidade em gestão de relacionamento com clientes.
  • Capacidade de identificar oportunidades comerciais de forma consultiva.
  • Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.
