Role Overview:
As a Systems Analyst you will be the key link between sales, marketing, and market intelligence, supporting system-related processes across Latin America. This role combines analytical expertise with strategic insight to optimize marketing & sales performance.

On a typical day, you will:

• Collaborate with the LA sales & marketing team to resolve system-related issues (CRM, BI, ERP) and coordinate with IT when needed.
• Collect, structure, and analyze internal and market data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop strategic dashboards and reports to support decision-making processes.
• Promote a data-driven and analytical culture within the organization.
• Act as a liaison between business areas and market intelligence, ensuring alignment and actionable insights.
• Identify and recommend process improvements in marketing intelligence.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Experience with CRM, BI tools, ERP systems, and data visualization platforms.
• Analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced or fluent Spanish is required; English proficiency is a plus.
• Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
• 3-4 years of experience
