Estamos contratando Gerente de Projetos (contrato com prazo determinado – duração de até 24 meses), para atuação em Manaus/AM em projeto específico, responsável por liderar e executar projetos, garantindo entrega dentro do escopo, prazo e orçamento.

O que você fará:

  • Liderar e desenvolver a equipe do projeto desde o desenvolvimento fundiário, licenciamento, design básico, cálculos de engenharia, criação de lista de materiais (BoM), instalação e comissionamento até a entrega para operações.
  • Aplicar os processos e ferramentas da empresa na execução dos projetos.
  • Gerenciar stakeholders para alinhar objetivos do projeto e do negócio.
  • Garantir comunicação eficiente entre todas as partes envolvidas.
  • Medir e acompanhar indicadores chave de desempenho (KPIs).
  • Ser o ponto focal do cliente em todas as fases do projeto, abordando questões técnicas, contratuais e comerciais.
  • Orientar, motivar e influenciar a equipe a agir com responsabilidade e proatividade.
  • Cumprir os requisitos e normas de qualidade, segurança, meio ambiente e regulamentações aplicáveis.

Você deverá ter as seguintes habilidades e experiência:

  • Formação superior, preferencialmente em Engenharia, com especialização em Gestão de Projetos sendo um diferencial
  • Disponibilidade para viagens pelo interior do Amazonas
  • Sólida experiência em gestão de projetos em áreas de engenharia complexa (energia, mineração, construção civil, petróleo e gás, entre outras), utilizando metodologias de gestão de projetos
  • Vivência com Pacote Office e MS Project ou ferramenta similar
