Position Mission:

He will be responsible for the link between the company and the medical community, acting strategically and effectively directly in the implementation of scientific and medical initiatives in the field, ensuring the dissemination of high quality scientific knowledge and excellence in the communication of clinical data, promoting collaborative partnerships with external stakeholders, including physicians and opinion leaders, identifying insights and opportunities for the development of scientific education and improvement of the implemented activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dissemination of Scientific Information
    : The MSL should ensure that all relevant healthcare professionals and stakeholders are up-to-date with the latest scientific and therapeutic information about the molecule and/or the product, especially with a focus on clinical data.
  • Engagement with Key
    Opinion Leaders (KOLs
    ): The MSL must develop and maintain strategic relationships with medical opinion leaders and other key professionals, facilitating productive discussions about the product and therapy.
  • Field
    Insights Reporting
    : Collecting, organizing, and reporting medical and scientific insights to internal staff, helping to refine development and marketing strategies based on the needs and insights found in the field.
  • Training and Refresher
    : Staying up-to-date to provide appropriate training to stakeholders and ensure accurate and effective communication.
  • Comply with regulations, laws, procedures and quality assurance system.
  • Willingness to Travel.
  • Location São Paulo

Academic Background:

  • Degree in Health Sciences, Pharmacy, or related areas.
  • Graduate degrees in medical or scientific fields are desirable.

Language:

  • Intermediate English
  • Spanish Desired

Time of experience in the position:

Minimum of 2 years of field experience in roles such as MSL, Medical Liaison, relationship management with research centers, Sales Force.
