QA/QC EngineerDepartment: Brazil ConsultancyEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: Campinas, BrazilDescriptionWhy Soben?We're an award-winning construction consultancy with bold ambitions and a clear vision for the future.Since our founding in ****, we've made significant progress, but now, we're entering a new chapter of accelerated growth and transformation.This is a truly exciting time to join our team.We're aiming to grow to 1,000 professionals worldwide by ****, expanding both in our existing markets and into new regions to support a growing portfolio of capital projects.In March ****, Soben was acquired by Accenture, marking a major milestone in our journey.This strategic alliance combines Accenture's innovation and digital capabilities with Soben's deep industry expertise and commercial know-how.As part of Accenture's Industry X – Infrastructure and Capital Projects practice, we are now positioned to reshape the future of capital project delivery, leveraging technology and insight to deliver better, faster, and more sustainable outcomes for our clients in a rapidly evolving global market.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a QA/QC Engineer to join our construction team in the Campinas–Hortolândia area.The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing the QA/QC management system on-site, ensuring compliance with project quality standards, client specifications, and safety regulations.This role will require close coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and site management to maintain the highest standards of quality across all project phases.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and manage the QA/QC system on-site in alignment with project requirements.Coordinate and oversee inspections, testing (NDT), and material receipt verification.Lead QA/QC meetings and collaborate closely with the Site Construction Manager on quality matters.Develop and maintain inspection and test programs (ITPs) and related documentation.Ensure compliance with client specifications, codes, and safety standards.Review and approve technical submittals and distribute updated QA/QC documentation.Train and support site QC inspectors to ensure consistent application of procedures.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the site QC Plan.Participate in internal and external audits and coordinate corrective actions.Control and close nonconformance reports (NCRs) and implement remedial measures.Maintain complete and accurate QA/QC records for as-built handover.Drive continuous improvement in site quality performance and compliance.Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseBachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.5+ years of experience in QA/QC or construction engineering.Strong organization and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and advanced English.Proven ability to work effectively across diverse teams and project levels.#J-*****-Ljbffr
