BRP is looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer to join its dynamic and growing Digital Customer Experience Testing and Quality Assurance Engineering team.As a Digital QA Specialist, you will be able to demonstrate your talents and enjoy working on a variety of digital projects (E-Commerce D2C) in a fast-paced and agile environment.You will define and execute unit, regression, system integration test and smoke test cases, ensuring the quality and responsiveness of our digital technology platforms alongside a talented and passionate development team working on a vast array of systems.YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:Design, write, and maintain automated test cases using CypressBuild and improve the test automation frameworkWork closely with developers, product owners to define, design, and ship new featuresActively participate in the testing of digital properties and applications, its subsystems, interface (API), and its supporting technical infrastructureAnalyze project documentation to determine test case and script design, participate in test execution and defect resolutionDefine test strategy, test approach, and test environment requirementsDesign and prepare test dataCreate test plans, innovative test cases, release notes, test logs, etc., based on requirements and test executionMaintain QA documents up-to-date across sprintsReport test results, logs, and defects clearly and effectivelySuggest ways to improve QA practices and implement themYOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:Worked in a QA capacity for 3+ years or more3+ years practical experience with IT principles, theory and methodologies3+ years proven track record in participating and executing test plans, including analysis, sprint, design and executionExperience with Cypress, Playwright, Gherkin & TestRailProficient in JavaScript/TypeScriptStrong understanding of e-commerce flows in an agile environment is an assetExperience in API and UI (Accessibility is a plus) E-commerce within Magento (plus)Excellent analysis and problem-solving skillsShould be a team player who works with a sense of urgency towards timelinesAdaptable and flexible, takes ownership, transparent and proactiveCustomer service focus and relationship management skillsPost-secondary school education in Computer ScienceExperience in an Agile Environment (Scrum, Kanban)Fluent EnglishWELCOME TO BRPWe're a world leader in recreational vehicles and boats, creating innovative ways to move on snow, water, asphalt, dirt, and even in the air.Headquartered in the Canadian town of Valcourt, Quebec, our company is rooted in a spirit of ingenuity and intense customer focus.Today, we operate manufacturing facilities in Canada, the United States, Mexico, Finland, Australia and Austria, with a workforce made up of close to 20,000 spirited people, all driven by the deeply held belief that at work, as with life itself, it's not about the destination; It's about the journey.Yours.This position is based in Campinas, Brazil and is eligible to the BRP Employee Referral Program.Resumes in English will be preferred.You will have the opportunity to work in hybrid mode, 2 to 3 days in the office.#J-*****-Ljbffr
