About the RoleThis job entails acting as a strategic advisor to partner teams, requiring exceptional consulting skills and the ability to advise business leaders.Capability assessments are executed by analyzing workforce skill gaps in partner organizations using established frameworks.A thorough needs analysis is conducted at business, technical, and learning levels to identify requirements.Certified consultants engage with business leaders in partner teams to understand their driving business objectives.Strategic learning plans are proposed to stakeholders, both internal and external.The ideal candidate will possess outstanding stakeholder management skills, be able to develop and execute effective plans, and demonstrate strong commercial awareness/business acumen of the client's and channel partner's business.In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that our partners have the necessary resources and capabilities to succeed.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address skill gaps, and develop tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each partner.Your expertise and guidance will help drive business growth and profitability for our partners.We are looking for an experienced consultant who can provide expert advice and support to our partner teams.As a seasoned professional in this field, you will have a proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic plans, and working collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
