Data Engineering Strategic Leader

OverviewAs a Senior Director, you will be the technical leader for our most strategic clients.
This is a challenging role that requires a versatile skillset, strong technical knowledge, and effective communication styles.The ideal candidate will have experience in leading technical teams and interfacing with executive-level stakeholders.
They will own technology direction, build trusted relationships with stakeholders, and contribute to strategic alignment.This role involves proactively giving feedback, ensuring we have the right people and teams in place, and acting as an executive-level technical leader for a set of strategic clients.The Technical Account Lead will build trusted relationships through 1:1s, on-site visits, and active engagement across initiatives.
They will also lead key client events, such as QBRs, Innovation Days, and workshops, and contribute content that connects strategic goals with technical execution.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the executive-level technical leader for a set of strategic clients, owning technology direction, technical stakeholder relationships, and strategic alignment.Build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders through 1:1s, on-site visits, and active engagement across initiatives.Lead key client events (e.g., QBRs, Innovation Days, workshops) and contribute content that connects strategic goals with technical execution.Required Skills & QualificationsThe ideal candidate has been the person others relied on to make hard technical calls and guide execution at scale.
They can sit across from a Fortune 500 CTO, ask door-opening questions, and confidently recommend a roadmap that changes how they think about data or AI.They are client-obsessed and know greatness doesn't come from working 9 to 5.
They know that giving and receiving feedback, internally and externally, is their fastest path to excellence and meaningful relationships.
