With its grass roots as a developer-owner-operator of independent submarine fiber optic cable systems, we are committed to continued investment with market Brazil expansion, growing access points, and expanding the product portfolio. Experienced Sales professional with over 5 years in the telecommunications industry , combining strong technical understanding of infrastructure with proven ability to build and manage long-term client relationships. Recognized for a proactive, process-driven approach to prospecting, negotiation, and account management, consistently achieving business growth and client satisfaction. Candidate will target both wholesale and select enterprise clients in major Brazil cities with on-net facilities. The ability to articulate technical and sales knowledge around the entire footprint and portfolio, including DDoS (security) services, will be a key attribute of an ideal candidate. This individual will have some base accounts to manage (contract renewal and growth projects) along with generation activity for new client acquisition. Exceptions are 25% base management and 75% new client acquisition. Compensation plan will measure four (4) key components: sales booking, churn, installs, strategic products. The **** compensation plan will have lucrative incentives to bundle multiple products and services Responsibilities: Client Prospecting: Actively seek new business opportunities and potential clients, identifying and nurturing leads according to Seaborn's strategy. Product/Service Presentation: Effectively communicate the benefits and features of the company's products or services to potential clients, adapting the approach according to each client's specific needs. Lead Qualification: Assess whether generated leads have the potential to become real clients by analyzing their needs, budgets, and readiness to purchase. Negotiation of Sales Terms and Conditions: Negotiate prices, delivery deadlines, and other contractual terms, aiming to close deals that are advantageous for both the company and the client. Sales Closing: Effectively conclude the sales process, ensuring that all stages of the agreement are formalized and documented in accordance with company policies. Account Management: Actively manage accounts in collaboration with CSM, ensuring continuous client satisfaction, identifying possible areas for improvement, and working to maintain long-term business relationships.This includes weekly funnel management with the measurement of accurate forecasts for sales booking, contract renewals, and prospecting targets. Qualifications: Over 5 years of experience in Sales within the telecommunications sector. Skilled in managing multiple activities with strong responsibility, attention to detail, and organizational abilities. Solid understanding of the telecommunications and infrastructure market , with proven ability to identify business opportunities. Quick learner with a proactive mindset, capable of efficiently managing schedules and priorities. Process-oriented professional , able to follow workflows and leverage systems to drive operational efficiency. Education: Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Exact Sciences or a related field. Languages: English – Intermediate level.
