This is an on-site role in Curitiba, offering close contact with leaders and a strong influence on our business.Who You AreWe seek a professional with vision, drive, and the ability to deliver results.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or similar.Postgraduate degree or specialization preferred.Experience coordinating suppliers, events, budgets, and marketing projects.Expertise in external communications, CRM, and data-driven marketing.Hands-on CRM platform experience.Strong organizational and prioritization skills.Professional handling of sensitive information.Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.Proficiency in Office 365.Previous experience in financial, automotive, or service industries.Knowledge of marketing automation and data analytics.Ready for the next step?
